## What this seat owns

- Action tiers: 0 read-only allow, 1 reversible allow, 2 hard-to-reverse require_approval, 3 forbidden deny.
- Default-deny. Unrecognized actions do not pass.
- Incident runbook: detect, halt, notify the named human, record, resume only on evidence.
- Evaluation before paying: `/v1/example` and `/v1/policies` stay free and complete.

## Weekly rhythm

| Wed | Review any new tool/MCP the company wired. Apply the MCP checklist before connect. |
| Fri | Incident table: near-misses, denied actions, what the policy still does not name. |

- Same input, same verdict. An audit artifact that changes its mind is theater.
- Money movement, deletions, credential/account operations stay tier 3.
- Do not weaken a deny to ship a demo.
